Living in Pensacola
The city itself: downtown, East Hill, and the central neighborhoods. Closest to the hospitals and Corry Station, with the widest range of housing stock in the area.

One of Pensacola's established close-in neighborhoods. Older housing stock, mature streets, and a short drive to the central hospitals and downtown.
Cordova ParkLiving in Cordova Park
Established, central, and convenient to both Ascension Sacred Heart and the Baptist campus. One of the areas hospital staff name first.
Ferry PassLiving in Ferry Pass
North-central Pensacola, and one of the few areas that works for all three civilian hospital campuses. More suburban in feel than the close-in neighborhoods.

East side of Pensacola, established, and practical for both the Baptist campus and Ascension Sacred Heart.

North of central Pensacola, close to the HCA Florida West campus, and generally more affordable than the established close-in neighborhoods.

Barrier island living on Santa Rosa Island. Extraordinary in the ways you would expect and genuinely different in the ways people do not anticipate.
CantonmentLiving in Cantonment
North Escambia County. More land for the money, a practical base for HCA Florida West, and a genuinely different pace from the city.
WarringtonLiving in Warrington
Southwest Pensacola, close to Naval Hospital Pensacola and the southwest installations. The area that keeps you off the cross-town commute.
Navy PointLiving in Navy Point
Southwest Pensacola near the water, close to Naval Hospital Pensacola and the southwest installations.
Gulf BreezeLiving in Gulf Breeze
Across the bay from Pensacola, established and consistently in demand, with quick beach access. The bridge is both the appeal and the catch.
NavarreLiving in Navarre
Further east, with beach access and more space for the money. Suits buyers happy to trade drive time for square footage.
PaceLiving in Pace
North in Santa Rosa County. More land for the money, newer construction, and a sensible base for anyone reporting to Whiting Field.

Santa Rosa County, closest practical base for NAS Whiting Field, with more land and a genuinely small town feel.

The western barrier island, quieter than Pensacola Beach, close to the southwest installations. Coastal ownership with everything that involves.
